The Cawdor Sheen Birds glide through the acrid skies of the hive, sacred omens to the faithful and harbingers of doom to all others. Their metal-forged talons glint with sanctified oil, their beady eyes reflecting the fires of devotion. Trained to seek out heretics and mark them for purification, these avian relics descend in flocks that blot the light. When their caws echo through the ruins, the condemned know that the Redeemer’s judgment is near.
