The Death Guard MKVI helms are grim visages of decay, forged in rust and crowned with corroded studs and spines. Each mask seals its bearer within a prison of rot, the eye lenses burning with baleful red as foul vapors hiss from their filters. Some are faceless iron grins, others marked by sores and mutation, yet all speak of relentless endurance. To behold these helmets upon the battlefield is to witness the inevitability of Nurgle’s curse, a promise that no warrior escapes disease or despair.

Designed at 28–32 mm scale, this kit is provided as a .ZIP archive containing the STL files needed for printing, clearly organized for immediate use. The model was created using 3D modelling based on reference images and may show slight differences from the original model. This model does not require a base.
