Fabius Bile, the twisted Chirurgeon, strides into battle as both tormentor and creator, a figure whispered of in dread across the Imperium. His pallid form is augmented by cruel bionics and syringes filled with unholy serums, while his servile assistant scurries to collect the remnants of his vile experiments. Once a master of the Emperor’s own gene-lore, he now revels in blasphemous perfection, sculpting warriors into abominations. Where Fabius walks, flesh is remade, hope dies, and nightmares are given form.

Designed at 28–32 mm scale, this kit is provided as a .ZIP archive containing the STL files needed for printing, clearly organized for immediate use. The model has been 3D scanned from individual parts to faithfully reproduce the scale and details of the original model. Assembly instructions are included in the kit.
