The Ork Painboy is a deranged surgeon whose crude experiments blur the line between healing and butchery. Wielding saws, syringes, and mechanical claws dripping with strange fluids, he revels in the screams of his patients as he “fixes” them with brutal precision. His twisted genius keeps Boyz fighting long past mortal limits, replacing flesh with iron and bone with wire. Where the Painboy walks, the scent of oil and blood mingles, and the battlefield echoes with laughter and agony in equal measure.

Designed at 28–32 mm scale, this kit is provided as a .ZIP archive containing the STL files needed for printing, clearly organized for immediate use. The model was created using 3D modelling based on reference images and may show slight differences from the original model. This model uses standard bases such as Round 32mm (not included).
