The Skink Starseer is a prophetic mystic of the Seraphon, a celestial oracle borne upon a sacred throne from which he reads the turning of fate. Temple legends tell that these seers peer through veils of time, tracing the designs of the Old Ones in stars, bones and dream omens. Framed by brilliant feathers and relics, he points the path of war while eldritch energies gather at his command. Where a Starseer utters his visions, allies strike true and enemies are doomed by destiny itself.
